Set up your account from your invitation email
When an Admin in your organisation adds you to enrola, you get an email to set up your account. You choose your own password; nobody else knows it, and enrola never emails it.
Choose your password
- Open the email called "Set up your enrola account". It names the person who added you and the email address you will sign in with.
- Select Choose your password.
- In New password, type the password you want.
- Type it again in Repeat new password.
- Select Update password.
- When enrola shows "Password updated", select Log in.
- Sign in with your email address and your new password.

Your password must have at least 6 characters, including at least one letter and one number.
If the link has expired
The link in the email works for 7 days. If you open it later, enrola shows "This link is no longer valid".
- Select Request a new link.
- Enter your email address and select Email me a reset link.
- Use the link in the new email within 1 hour.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| No email arrives | Check your spam or junk folder. Then ask the person who added you to check your email address in Settings → Users. |
| "This account isn't enabled" when you sign in | Your account is switched off. Ask the Admin who added you to switch on Enabled on your user page. |
| "Your email address or password is incorrect." | Check you are using the email address named in the invitation. |
