Sign in to enrola

Everyone who uses enrola signs in with their email address and password. This article explains the sign-in page and the choice to stay signed in on a device.

  1. Go to the enrola sign-in page at app.enrola.co.uk.
  2. In Email, enter the email address your account uses.
  3. In Password, enter your password. Select the eye icon to show what you have typed.
  4. Tick Keep me signed in on this device if this is your own computer or phone (see below).
  5. Select Log in.

enrola opens your organisation's live Opportunities list. If you were trying to open a particular page, enrola takes you there instead.

The enrola sign-in page with the Email and Password fields, the Keep me signed in on this device tick box and the Log in button.

To sign out, select your first name at the top right of any page, then Log out.

Keep me signed in on this device

If you leave Keep me signed in on this device unticked, enrola signs you out after a period without use. When you next sign in, the page says how many minutes you were inactive for.

If you tick it, enrola remembers that browser for up to a year and does not sign you out for being inactive. It stops remembering the browser when:

  • you select Log out
  • you sign in on another device (see Why was I signed out?)
  • your password changes or an Admin resets it
  • you, or an Admin, select Sign out all devices on your user page

Warning. Only tick Keep me signed in on this device on a device that only you use. Anyone who opens enrola in that browser will be signed in as you.

Messages on the sign-in page

Message What it means
"Your email address or password is incorrect." The email or password doesn't match an account. enrola shows the same message for both, so check each one.
"This account isn't enabled" Your account exists but is switched off. Ask an Admin in your organisation to switch on Enabled on your user page.
"This session was signed out because your account was used to sign in on another device." You can be signed in on one device at a time. See Why was I signed out?.
"You have been logged out as you haven't used the system for … minutes." You were inactive. Tick Keep me signed in on this device next time if the device is yours.
"This account has been temporarily blocked due to too many login attempts…" There were too many wrong passwords. See Too many attempts: when sign-in pauses.
