Coming soon: company benefits on Find an apprenticeship
Coming soon. This feature is planned and not yet in enrola. What you see when it arrives may differ from this description. We will update this article when it is released.
Find an apprenticeship (shown as NAS in enrola) can show an employer's benefits, such as a pension, extra holiday or a cycle scheme, separately from pay. enrola is planned to have a field for them, so your adverts can list benefits without mixing them into the pay details.
What will change
- The NAS panel on an Opportunity will have a Company benefits box, below Additional pay information.
- It will take up to 500 characters.
- enrola will send it with the vacancy when you post to Find an apprenticeship.
What stays the same
- Additional pay information stays, for details about pay only, up to 250 characters.
- The field will be optional. Vacancies without it will post as they do now.
- enrola will still send the vacancy once. Changes after posting, including to benefits, are made in your Apprenticeship Service account.
What you might need to do
Nothing yet. If you currently put benefits in Additional pay information, you will be able to move them to Company benefits when it arrives.
