What Find an apprenticeship needs before it accepts a post
Find an apprenticeship (shown as NAS in enrola) has strict rules for every vacancy. When you tick NAS in Posting Control, enrola checks the Opportunity against them and lists anything to fix under the board. This article sets out those checks, panel by panel.
Summary panel

Minimum duration
An apprenticeship must last at least 8 months at 30 hours a week or more. Below 30 hours it must last longer, in proportion to the hours:

Qualification requirements
For a standard apprenticeship, add at least one qualification with Add qualification. For a foundation apprenticeship, add none.
Each qualification needs a Qualification Type and a Weighting (Essential or Desired). Also:
- a BTEC needs its BTEC level;
- Other needs an Other qualification name;
- a GCSE grade must be a number from 1 to 9, or a range such as 4-9.
Your organisation
Your organisation's UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN) goes with every post. An Admin sets it in Settings → Organisation details.
