Choose which notification emails enrola sends
Settings → Notifications switches three automatic emails on or off for your whole organisation. Admins and Team Owners can change them.

Change a notification
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Tick a box to switch an email on, or untick it to switch it off.
Each change saves straight away and applies to everyone in your organisation from then on.
The three notifications
New Application
When someone applies, enrola emails the member of your team the new Application is assigned to. The email is called "New Application". It names the applicant and the Opportunity, links to the Application and asks them to assign it to someone to follow up.
- On: the assigned team member gets the email.
- Off: no email goes to your team.
An Application is assigned to the Opportunity's default Supervisor when it arrives. If an Opportunity has no default, nobody gets this email.
The applicant always gets their own confirmation email, whatever you choose here. To change that email, see Set up Opportunity types and their application emails.
Notify Interviewer about scheduled interview
When staff book an interview, enrola can ask the interviewer to confirm it.
- On: the interviewer gets an email with links to accept or decline the interview.
- Off: the interviewer isn't emailed, and enrola treats the interview as accepted by them.
See Set interview availability and book interviews.
Send applicants email when theyre assigned/re-assigned to new Opportunities
When staff move an Application from one Opportunity to another, enrola can tell the applicant.
- On: the applicant gets an email called "Your application has been reassigned". It says you think they suit the new Opportunity, names it and its Employer, and is signed by the Application's Supervisor.
- Off: the applicant isn't told.
See Move an Application to another Opportunity.
Good to know
- These settings don't affect other emails, such as the emails a workflow status opens or interview confirmations to applicants. For a list of the emails enrola sends, see The emails enrola sends, and who gets them.
