The emails enrola sends, and who gets them

enrola sends emails when you act on a record, when applicants and employers reply, and for your own account. This article lists them all.

Replies

enrola sends emails from its own address. Replies go to a person, not into enrola:

Email Replies go to
Status and interview emails to applicants The person the Application is assigned to
The application confirmation Your organisation's Team Owners
Emails you write, Request more info, employer and contact status emails, feedback surveys The person who sent them
Request more info and Request ELI from an Employer record The employer's Assigned Supervisor
Shared applicant profiles enrola's sending address, not you. Say in your message how the employer can reach you.

If an Application isn't assigned to anyone, replies to its status emails don't reach your team. Assign Applications before you email applicants.
