Connect Selectahead
Selectahead provides assessments for applicants. When your organisation connects its Selectahead account, staff can copy an applicant's Selectahead results onto their Application. A Team Owner adds the connection.
Connect Selectahead
You need your Selectahead Account name, Username and Password.
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- In the Selectahead credentials panel, enter the Account name, Username and Password.
- Click outside the fields. enrola shows All changes saved.
Account name is required. The password shows as dots; select the eye button beside it to check it.
Retrieve an applicant's results
Selectahead results aren't fetched automatically. Staff fetch them from the Application:
- Open the Application and find Initial assessment details.
- In Username, enter the applicant's Selectahead username.
- Select Retrieve data.
enrola shows "Selectahead data has been loaded successfully." and the results appear in the panel, with Course name, Level, Date Achieved, Score and Comment.
Important. Retrieve data replaces the results already in the panel. If your organisation also connects BKSB or My Skills Forward, one button fetches from each service in turn, and the last service's results replace the others.
