Settings → Integrations: what you can connect
Settings → Integrations is where your organisation connects enrola to other services, using your own accounts with them. Only Team Owners can open it.

Other job boards that need your own login also appear in Credentials, each with its own fields.
How the settings save
Each panel saves as you go. When you change a field and click outside it, enrola shows All changes saved.
Keys and passwords are hidden
API keys, secret keys and passwords show as dots. To check one, select the eye button beside it; select it again to hide it. Screen readers announce the button as "Show" or "Hide" with the field's name.
The Bud settings secrets work differently. OAuth client secret and Bud API subscription key always look empty, even after you've saved them. Leave them blank to keep what's saved, or type a new value to replace it.
Choose which job boards appear
The Integrations section lists Visible Integrations and Hidden Integrations. Visible ones appear in Posting Control on Opportunities, or on Learners for learner systems such as Bud.
- To add one, select its arrow under Hidden Integrations.
- To remove one, select its arrow under Visible Integrations.
- Move all visible integrations hides them all.
Each entry shows its type, such as Job Boards or Learner Systems. The Add button and the edit options belong to the enrola team. Contact support at support@enrola.co.uk if you need a board that isn't listed.
Connect Pellcomp PiCS
Pellcomp PiCS can receive a new learner's details from enrola when their Application reaches Ready for enrolment.
- In the Credentials panel, find Pellcomp PICS.
- Enter your Organisation Uri, Username and Password, from your Pellcomp PiCS account.
Once all three are filled in, the Ready for enrolment window offers to create the learner in Pellcomp PiCS. See Create learners in Pellcomp PiCS.
Set up by the enrola team
Some connections are managed for you:
- the LRS certificate that every organisation's LRS lookups use;
- your Google Tag Manager container. See Track applications with Google Tag Manager;
- how each job board's sectors and locations match yours.
API access
To connect your own systems through enrola's API, a Team Owner creates API keys for a user. See Use enrola's API from your own systems.
