See and manage the applicants for an Opportunity
Two panels on an Opportunity deal with its applicants. Applicants lists everyone who has applied. Find more applicants searches your other Applications for people you could put forward. Users, Admins and Team Owners can use both.
The Applicants panel
The panel lists every Application made to this Opportunity. The figure at the top right shows the number of Applications against Positions available, for example "13 / 2". It shows "?" if Positions available is empty.

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Applicant Name | The applicant's name. |
| Job board | Where they applied from, for example NAS for Find an apprenticeship (shown as NAS in enrola), or Website for your Website iFrame. Applicants from your enrola job board show its name. |
| Assigned to | The member of staff the Application is assigned to. |
| Applicant Status | Its current status in your applicant workflow. |
| Postcode | The applicant's postcode. |
| Applied date | When they applied. |
On each row, Profile opens the applicant profile in a new tab, and Edit opens the Application.
To change who new Applications are assigned to, use Application auto assigned supervisor in the Summary panel. See The Opportunity record.
Tip. The Applications list does more with the same Applications: filters, columns, bulk actions and CSV (comma-separated values) export. Filter it by this Opportunity to work through them. See The Applications list.
Find more applicants
Find more applicants lists Applications to your other Opportunities. Use it to put a suitable applicant forward for this vacancy without asking them to apply again.
If you can't see the panel, turn on Edit page layout and show it. See Show, hide, collapse and reorder panels.
Search for applicants
- Narrow the list with the status, job board, assigned-to and employer filters, or type a name in the search box.
- Select Search.
Copy or move applicants
- Tick the applicants you want, or use the row's Reassign button for one person.
- Choose what to do:
- Copy to this opportunity makes a new Application for this Opportunity. The original stays where it is.
- Reassign to this opportunity moves the Application here. It no longer belongs to the old Opportunity.
- Confirm in the window that opens.
The Applications then appear in the Applicants panel. Copied and moved Applications keep the member of staff they were already assigned to.
Why can't I tick an applicant?
You can only copy or move an applicant who agreed to be considered for other opportunities. The application form asks them to tick a box that starts "Please tick this box if you're happy for us to consider you for different opportunities". If they didn't tick it, their row can't be selected.
