Refresh standards and courses from NAS
Some fields in the NAS panel come from Find an apprenticeship (shown as NAS in enrola) itself: the employers you can post for, the apprenticeship standards, and whether each standard is a standard or foundation apprenticeship. enrola fetches them every hour. Refresh from NAS fetches your organisation's employers and course types now, so you don't have to wait.
What enrola fetches

Employers that no longer appear in your account stay in enrola, because older Opportunities may still use them.
Refresh now
Use this after you add your Recruitment API key, when an employer you expect is missing from Employer name, or when enrola asks you to.
- Open any Opportunity.
- In the NAS panel, select Refresh from NAS.
enrola shows how many employers it fetched and how many course types changed, for example "Fetched 12 employers from NAS and updated 3 course types."
Anyone who can edit the Opportunity can refresh. The refresh is for your whole organisation, not just that Opportunity.
When you need it
- The employer isn't in Employer name. The list shows only employers your Apprenticeship Service account can post vacancies for. Refresh. If they're still missing, check the employer in your Apprenticeship Service account.
- "NAS hasn't said yet whether this standard is a foundation apprenticeship." enrola doesn't know the standard's course type yet. Refresh. If the message stays, Find an apprenticeship doesn't list that standard for your UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN), so check you deliver it.
