Organisation details: contact details, UKPRN and sites

Settings → Organisation details holds your organisation's own details. Admins and Team Owners can open it. Some of these details appear on your adverts, application forms and job board posts, so keep them up to date.

The page has three panels: Details, Users and Delivery sites. Changes in Details save as soon as you leave a field.

Settings → Organisation details, showing the Details panel with UKPRN, Name, Slug and Team email address.

Details

Field What it does
UKPRN Your eight-digit UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN). enrola sends it with your posts to Find an apprenticeship (shown as NAS in enrola), and Refresh from NAS needs it.
Name Your organisation's name. Only the enrola team can change it.
Slug The short name in your enrola web addresses, such as your job board and application forms. See the warning below.
Team email address Your organisation's main email address. If your application form asks applicants whether you can consider them for other Opportunities, that statement gives this address.
Acronym, Description, Phone, Website, Street, Town, Postcode Your organisation's contact details.
Employer provider, National provider, Higher education institute Shown for information. The enrola team sets them.
Employer satisfaction, Learner satisfaction Your satisfaction scores, if you record them.
ERN and Prime contractor If you tick Prime contractor, each new Opportunity gets your ERN as its Contracted Provider ERN.
Custom URL for applying to opportunities If you enter a web address, each new Opportunity gets it as its Application Redirect. See the warning below.

Warning. Changing the Slug changes your enrola web addresses. Links you have already shared, such as adverts on job boards and the link on your website, may stop working. Talk to the enrola team before you change it.

Important. When an Opportunity has an Application Redirect, its Apply button sends applicants to that address instead of your enrola application form, so their applications don't arrive in enrola. Leave Custom URL for applying to opportunities empty unless that is what you want.

Changes to ERN, Prime contractor and Custom URL for applying to opportunities apply to Opportunities you create afterwards. They don't change existing Opportunities.

Users

The Users panel lists the email address of everyone in this organisation.

Team Owners can:

  • Add someone who already has an enrola account in one of their organisations. Type their email address in Team email address and select Add user. This is how one person gets access to two of your organisations. See Switch between organisations.
  • Remove someone from this organisation with Remove.

To add a new person who doesn't have an account yet, use Settings → Users. See Add users and choose their role.

Delivery sites

Delivery sites are the places where you deliver training, such as your campuses.

  1. Type the site's name in Campus name.
  2. Select Add delivery site.

The site then appears as a choice in Training delivery site on your Opportunities. To delete a site, select Remove beside it and confirm.
