Branding: colours, logo and menu names

Settings → Branding sets your organisation's colours and logo. Admins and Team Owners can change them. Everyone in your organisation, and everyone who sees your job board, forms and emails, sees the result.

Settings → Branding, with the primary and secondary colour boxes, colour pickers, Reset and the logo.

Choose your colours

  1. Go to Settings → Branding.
  2. In Primary colour (HEX), type a colour code such as #0F6E6E, or select the colour box beside it to pick one.
  3. Do the same for Secondary colour (HEX) if you want.

enrola saves each colour when you leave the box or close the picker. The page shows the new colour straight away.

To undo changes, select Reset. It puts back the colours the page had when you opened it.

Where the primary colour appears

Your primary colour is an accent. It is used for:

  • the main button on each page, links, switches and ticked boxes in enrola
  • the underline under the current menu in the header
  • buttons on your job board, application forms and applicant profiles
  • the plate behind your logo on your public pages and emails, and the buttons in your emails

enrola's header itself is white, and the rest of the page uses neutral colours.

If your colour is pale

Buttons need to stand out against white. If your primary colour is too pale to read on white, enrola uses dark grey for buttons, links and switches instead. Your logo plate keeps the colour you chose.

In dark mode, enrola lightens your colour just enough to read on the dark background. See Switch enrola to dark mode.

The secondary colour

In enrola's current design, the secondary colour is used only for a few small details, such as the tick boxes in the Share profile window. The page still describes it as the colour for navigation, but the header no longer uses it.

Add your logo

  1. In Logo, choose your logo file.
  2. Wait while enrola shows "Uploading file...".
  3. Select Crop to choose the part of the image to use, if you need to.

To replace the logo, select Delete and upload a new one.

Your logo appears on a small plate in your primary colour on:

  • your job board, application forms and applicant profiles
  • the emails enrola sends for your organisation
  • the application PDF

Tip. Because the logo sits on your colour, a white or light version of your logo usually reads best.

The logo doesn't appear in enrola's own header, which shows your organisation's name.

Menu names

The enrola team can rename the main menu items for your organisation, for example "Opportunities" to "Vacancies". The new names appear for everyone in your organisation. Contact support at support@enrola.co.uk to ask.
