Your enrola job board
Every organisation in enrola has its own public job board. It lists the Opportunities you post to it, lets job seekers search them, and sends applicants to your enrola application form. You can also show it on your own website with the Website iFrame.

Where to find it
Your job board has its own web address, made from your organisation's Slug in Settings → Organisation details, for example https://yourslug.enrola.co.uk/opportunities. The embed code in Settings → Website iFrame shows your exact address.
Put an Opportunity on it
- Open the Opportunity and scroll to Posting Control.
- Tick the enrola job board and select Post.
The posting log shows Success straight away, and the Opportunity appears on the job board.
The job board shows an Opportunity when:
- it has been posted to the enrola job board;
- it is live, not archived, closed or filled;
- its Opportunity type is ticked under Published Opportunity Types in Settings → Website iFrame.
To take an Opportunity off the job board, select Delete beside the enrola job board in Posting Control. enrola also takes it off when the Opportunity is filled or archived.
What job seekers can do
The page heading is your iFrame name from Settings → Website iFrame, or "Opportunities" if you haven't set one.
Job seekers can search by:
- Search, a job title or keyword;
- Sector;
- Location, with a Distance of up to 50 miles;
- Level;
- Category;
- Employer.
An Admin chooses which of these appear. See Add your Opportunities to your own website. Results can be sorted by Title, Employer, Start date or Location.
Each result shows the title, employer, postcode, start date and short description, with View details.
The vacancy page
View details opens the vacancy's own page. It shows:
- the title, employer, postcode, start date and closing date;
- Apply now and Share;
- About the employer, from the employer's description;
- the description, entry requirements, skills required, training to be provided, things to consider and future prospects;
- At a glance: salary, working week, duration, possible start date, closing date and, for apprenticeships, the standard;
- the workplace address.

Apply now opens your application form for that Opportunity's type. Applications from the job board record it as their job board.
Hide the employer
To advertise without naming the employer, tick Hide employer in the Opportunity's enrola panel. The job board then leaves the employer's name and description off that vacancy.
Your branding
The job board uses the logo and colours in Settings → Branding. See Branding: colours, logo and menu names.
Good to know
- The job board works on phones and tablets.
- It can also show a map of your vacancies. See Show a map of vacancies on your job board.
- If the enrola team has added a Google Tag Manager container for you, it loads on the job board. See Track applications with Google Tag Manager.
- If an Opportunity has an Application Redirect, Apply now sends applicants to that address instead.
