Post to Not Going To Uni

Not Going To Uni is a careers website for school and college leavers looking at alternatives to university. enrola posts your Opportunities to it, sends your changes when you ask, and removes the advert when you delete it. Users, Admins and Team Owners can post.

Before you post

Not Going To Uni needs these details. enrola checks them when you tick the board in Posting Control.

The Opportunity type is sent too, so every Opportunity has what it needs there already.

If a line under the board mentions the main sector, select Integration sectors to see how Not Going To Uni's sectors match yours. The enrola team keeps that matching up to date; contact support at support@enrola.co.uk if your sector has no match.

Post the Opportunity

1. Open the Opportunity and scroll to Posting Control.
2. Tick Not Going To Uni.
3. Fix anything listed under it.
4. Select Post.

The posting log shows the result. A Success means the advert is on Not Going To Uni.

What the advert includes

enrola sends:

• the title, the Opportunity type, the employer's name and your organisation's name;
• the employer's logo, if their record has one;
• the town, county and postcode;
• the salary, duration, advert opening date and closing date;
• the short description and main description, entry requirements, training to be provided, things to consider, skills required and future prospects;
• the advert's start and end dates, from Advert Start Date and Advert Closing Date.

Not Going To Uni shows pay as a band, such as 15,000 - 20,000. enrola picks the band from the Minimum salary (£) figure as you entered it. It doesn't turn a weekly or monthly salary into a yearly one, so check the band if your salary isn't yearly.

Applicants who find the vacancy there apply on your enrola application form, and their Applications record Not Going To Uni as the job board.

Send changes

Changes to the Opportunity aren't sent on their own. When you've changed a posted Opportunity:

1. In Posting Control, select Update beside Not Going To Uni.

The log shows an Update row with its result.

Remove the advert

1. In Posting Control, select Delete beside Not Going To Uni.

enrola asks Not Going To Uni to remove the advert. When it confirms, the log shows Delete with Success, and the Opportunity's status becomes Closed. A Closed Opportunity moves to Opportunities → Archived.

enrola also removes the advert by itself when the Opportunity is filled, that is, when applicants reach Ready for enrolment for every place in Positions available. The log shows Close by System, with "Target number of learners met."

If Not Going To Uni isn't in Posting Control

A Team Owner can add it from Settings → Integrations by moving it to Visible Integrations. If it isn't listed there, contact support at support@enrola.co.uk.
