The job boards enrola posts to
enrola can advertise an Opportunity in several places from one record. This article lists them and explains what each one needs.
Where enrola can advertise
| Channel | How it works | More |
|---|---|---|
| Find an apprenticeship (shown as NAS in enrola) | enrola sends the vacancy to the government's service through the Recruitment API. It sends the first post only. | Connect enrola to Find an apprenticeship |
| Not Going To Uni | enrola posts the vacancy, sends updates when you select Update, and removes it when you select Delete. | Post to Not Going To Uni |
| Indeed | enrola adds the vacancy to its Indeed feed, which Indeed collects. | Show your Opportunities on Indeed |
| Your enrola job board | A public page of your Opportunities at your organisation's own enrola address. | Your enrola job board |
| Your website | The Website iFrame shows your enrola job board inside a page on your website. | Website iFrame |
| RSS feed | A feed of your posted Opportunities for other websites and feed readers. | RSS feed |
| API | Your web team reads your live Opportunities and shows them in your own design. | Use enrola's API |
You post to the first four from the Posting Control panel on each Opportunity. Your website, the RSS feed and the API show Opportunities you have already posted, so they need no posting of their own.

Which boards you see in Posting Control
A Team Owner chooses the boards your organisation uses:
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- In the Integrations section, find the board under Hidden Integrations.
- Select its arrow to move it to Visible Integrations.
The board then appears in Posting Control on every Opportunity. Moving it back to Hidden Integrations removes it, except from Opportunities already posted there.
Some boards also need your organisation's own account details, which a Team Owner enters in the Credentials panel on the same page. If a board you expect isn't listed at all, contact support at support@enrola.co.uk.
Applicants apply in enrola
Every advert links to your enrola application form. Wherever applicants find the vacancy, their Application arrives in enrola. The exception is an Opportunity with an Application Redirect, which sends applicants to the address you entered instead. enrola can't track those applications.
See where applicants came from
Each apply link carries the board it was posted to. enrola records that board on the Application:
- the Job board column in an Opportunity's Applicants panel shows it;
- the Applications list can be filtered by Job board.
Applicants who find you through your Website iFrame are recorded as coming from your website.
Each board's own lists
Job boards have their own sectors, categories and locations. The enrola team matches each board's lists to yours, and enrola uses that matching for every post. If a post fails because a sector doesn't match, contact support at support@enrola.co.uk.
