Note. Coming on Tuesday 27 October 2026: enrola will email you a six-digit code to finish signing in on a device it doesn't remember. See Email sign-in codes.
October 2026
21 October
- Integrations no longer lists iPegs. See Settings → Integrations.
- Systems connected through enrola's API can download files and CVs with their access token. See Use enrola's API.
20 October
- You can send a new Learner to Bud from Posting Control on the Learner record, once the enrola team has switched Bud on for your organisation. See Bud.
- The "applications" count beside an applicant, and the history window it opens, now include only your organisation's Applications. The window also shows archived Applications and the date of each. See Why an applicant appears once a page.
19 October
- Phones: lists keep every column and scroll sideways, and their buttons fold into one Actions menu. See Using enrola on a phone or tablet.
- Edit panels works on phones, with up and down arrows. See Show, hide and reorder panels.
- Level 2 English and Maths (Beta) shows on Applications, with the qualifications that count highlighted. See Level 2 English and Maths.
- The Applications list shows each applicant once a page, with their other Applications folded under the first. See Why an applicant appears once a page.
- The Notes box and your own Notes fields are back in the Notes panel, under the notes timeline. See Add notes to an Application.
18 October
- Dark mode, from the moon button in the header. See Switch enrola to dark mode.
- LRS labels in traffic-light colours: green for an LRS match, yellow for a potential match, red for no match and grey for no response. A potential match's comparison marks each detail, and its three next steps are now clear buttons. See LRS lookups and Deal with a potential LRS match.
- Find an apprenticeship (shown as NAS in enrola) accepts apprenticeships of 8 months or more, and longer below 30 hours a week. See What Find an apprenticeship needs.
- Shared applicant profile and feedback survey links stop working after 30 days. Sending profiles in bulk has the same "include" choices as sharing one. See Why a shared profile link stopped working.
17 October
- Your job board can show a map of your vacancies above its search. See Show a map of vacancies on your job board.
- The Applications list has a Map, and you can draw a circle or rectangle to filter the list to that area. See See Applications on a map.
16 October
- Settings is grouped under six headings, with an All settings overview and a sidebar on every settings page. See Find your way around Settings.
- Passwords and API keys on Integrations are hidden until you select the eye button. See Settings → Integrations.
- Find an apprenticeship rules: posting checks follow the service's rules for course types (Standard or Foundation) and qualification types. Integrations asks only for your Recruitment API key, and Refresh from NAS says why it failed. See What Find an apprenticeship needs and Refresh standards and courses from NAS.
- Errors show as alerts in the page that link to the field to fix.
- Applicant profiles, and the emails that send them, no longer name the vacancy or its employer. See Share an applicant profile.
- Find address fills in the town and county when it knows only the postcode, and addresses with newer postcodes now save.
- Dates picked on a phone in your public forms are saved, and a date outside the allowed range says why. See How applicants apply.
- If your organisation's colour is too pale to read, buttons and links use dark grey. See Branding.
15 October
Signing in
- You can be signed in on one device at a time. See Why was I signed out?
- No email contains a password. New users choose their own through a link, and Reset password emails a link. See Set up your account and Add users and choose their role.
- New sign-in and password pages. See Sign in to enrola.
A new look
- The Geist typeface, quieter colours and a light header, with your organisation's colour as the accent. See Branding.
- Every page shows its full path under the header, and on wide screens the header stays on screen. See Find your way around enrola.
- Emails, the job board and application forms have the new look too, and the name is written "enrola" throughout.
Applying
- Application forms can be split into pages. See Build application forms.
- After applying, applicants see a thank-you page with its own web address, which sends an event to Google Tag Manager. See How applicants apply and Track applications with Google Tag Manager.
Lists, search and records
- Settings → Search filters lets you choose the filters each list offers, including filters on your own fields. See Choose which filters each list offers and Filter by your own custom fields.
- Filters show as chips you can remove, and Learner search works. See Search a list and use the filter bar.
- Fields sit on an even grid on records, and you set their order with up and down arrows. See Arrange fields on a record.
- Application notes are a timeline, with the date and time of each note. See Add notes to an Application.
- You can hide an applicant's name, personal details or contact details when you share a profile. See Share an applicant profile.
Job boards, imports and exports
- When a post to a job board fails, enrola explains why in plain words. See Why did a post fail?
- Opportunity descriptions offer bulleted and numbered lists only, and pasted text arrives as plain text.
- You choose which fields to export or import, and their order. See Export a list to CSV and Import records.
Emails
- Interview emails show the right end time, with a new merge tag for it, and feedback survey notifications go to the member of staff who asked for the survey. See Merge tags.
September 2026
- Opportunities can have a salary range, with Minimum salary (£) and Maximum salary (£). Your job board, Website iFrame and Indeed show the range; other job boards get the minimum. See The Opportunity record.
